Is the determining factor mass or number? If you wanted the ultimate ninja would you want a midget, or a normal sized ninja who'd been cut in half? (Or possibly just had a few limbs removed.) I suppose if you wanted to be safe you'd go with a midget who had also been cut in half/lost some limbs.
