Saw the DVD for this movie when we were at Wal-Mart. I was surprised that they had it there. The drill bra and the flying guillotine were intense. There is an old Chinese action flick with a guy who kills people with a flying guillotine as well. It's called, you guess it, Master of the Flying Guilotine.
