since i know there are a few people on my list that attended that fine establishment of higher learning, i have a question. i have a friend, who is a big fan of the football team, but i has never been to a game. what is the best way to get tickets. i wasn't able to find anything under ticketmaster. do they use a different service? surely you don't ( Read more... )

I think they really sold out this year. You can buy them from scalpers on the street at your own risk.

I have been trying in vain to get tickets from a family member of the athletic director.

This season is sold out. Generally, you (as Joe Q. Public) have to give "x" dollars to even have a shot at football tickets.

Scalpers the day of the game are a good bet, typically pay less if seeing the opening kickoff isn't so important.

I would say see a student, but they're supposed to show an ID, so it's not so easy anymore.

i appreciate your help. that is all good information to know. i really had no idea it would be that hard to get a couple of tickets to a college game. thanks again.

i have no idea about the tickets..I was just wandering where Palmetto, Ga. was? Is that near northern or souther ga??

the booming metropolis of palmetto is about 25 miles south west of atlanta. it is the southernmost city in fulton county, which is the county atlanta is in. we have a dairy queen, bojangles, and three hardware stores........and that is it! thankfully only 10 miles up the road is all you could ever want.
