It's called Limited Edition, some plush store that sells only, as its name suggests, limited edition shoes. Quite fancy schmancy! There is even a vault where they store the really expensive shoes!

They got black one for Darth Vadar and white for storm troopers. Got baby size, can buy for Zach!
