Hi Amanda,

I've been following your journal for a while and have conversed with you before... I have the same problem. My fingers start drying up and getting itchy and it just bothers me tons. Sometimes, they get blistery because the detergent is too strong.

It's difficult but you may want to try moisturizing every night and keeping them in gloves when you go to bed? Haha, I have even resorted to using bio essence youth essence on my palms and fingers and they soak up the oil really fast. May have to let them rest too so they can recover before you start washing again.

yes use gloves when washing dishes!

im using crabtree & evelyn's rose water hand therapy hand cream and it smells sooo nice! yums ;p

ive got their "drawer sheets" (to lie on your drawers as base and to put your clothes on top of the sheets) and all my clothes smell sooooo nice!! :D~~

Maybe can consider changing your dishwashing liquid? It may be too strong, thus affecting your hands. =)

But we wash so many dishes quite mafan to buy special liquid. Think I shall just moisturise more!

I like Loccitane too. Try using dishwashing liquid meant for sensitive skin?
