If it comes down to it, I can visit your apartment while you're at work (and when I'm not in class) to keep spike company and make sure all is well with your stuff. Maybe house sit when you're at work or something. *shrugs* just a thought and I am a few minutes away.
I'm less worried about it in the day to be honest. I"m more worried about it at night. I talked with my dad and I know in hindsight it was not a good idea to bang on the wall. It just got him prickly at me and yeah...just a stupid thing to do. So I'll do my plan and take it to management and ask them to address it as most of what he yells makes me uncomfortable to confront him directly. My guess is that I will be told to call the drive around cops and if it escalates, the 911 cops. Just my guess considering how they dealt with the folks to the left of me. I'm starting to wonder if anyone else is annoyed with him.
I don't know I just wanted to sleep for once. I have to get up at 8am on sat to go to work and being up till 2am having my apartment shake is just...getting to me. I don't want to get sick again from not sleeping.
I'm also going to look into my contract about noise regulations because this is really disturbing the peace levels
you know I'd take ya as a roommate love but yeah...I'm glad that you're ok and that it didn't get as bad as it could've but still....I really do hope this guy gets the hint and calms himself down *huggle*

I talked with the folks at the leasing office. They are going to tell the cops about it and informed me I should call them next time it happens so they are going to help me which is nice. I'd like to try to resolve the issue as i'm loosing sleep now. If it's not resolved or there are threats to my life and well being then I have a right to break the lease and I'll go somewhere else if I have to but I don't think I can wait till summer. This really shouldn't go on longer.
