Now I don't know if our KoF12 match was literally a full second behind to me, but I definitely wasn't able to play as well or react as well. Street Fighter IV, Blazblue, King of Fighters '98, Garou: Mark of the Wolves, and now Marvel vs Capcom 2 don't have much lag at all. It's apparent that King of Fighters XII really lags behind (har har) the competition. I've only had like two or three laggy Blazblue matches out of 80 or so, but half of my ten King of Fighters XII matches were essentially unplayable. It got so bad that I couldn't even get QCFx2 to register, and jump-in normal spamming became most efficient. Ugh.
As for why Terry's hat disappears, that's the price you pay for high resolution sprites! You don't think they would actually put forth the effort to animate that hat in HD, do you? (heh)
