it runs in my family.

it's the first thing i've seen that pinpoints my sleep disorders and my sensitivity to sound and touch.

unfortunately, there isn't any real treatment that has proven effective for it :/

I friended you via hellfire82(Rose)

I have fibromyalgia and it does indeed suck at times. If you feel you might be displaying symptoms, it wouldn't hurt to see your doctor and have tests done. They can check the tender points and your blood work for other underlying autoimmune disorders.

The no insurance thing sucks big. Here's what you can do to help though. Drink lots of water and try to eat fruits, veggies, ect. Try to get eight hours of sleep or more. On nights I have insominia, I take a hot bath with MuppetK's Penguin Dreams bath beads. They work or if you are into Lush, Blue Skies is sleep inducing and relaxes my muscles.

You could also try taking an anti-inflammtory regularly and the OTC supplements for joints.

They also say to keep exercising even though it hurts.(I don't do this like I should. LOL!)
