I accidentally biked through campus blasting obscene Chili Peppers lyrics on the little tape player I put in my bike basket!  I think I may have offended some people.

The sun is a big red ball this morning, through the fog. Only it isn't fog, it's smoke. They had to call off the 100 mile endurance run near here. If my bike gets here, I'm not going to be able to ride it anyway. And I heard there may be more lightning strikes this weekend... wouldn't it be great if there was some rain too?

It's weird here. 2nd day in a row, the air is so smoky it's unhealthy to go outside. Looks like LA smog, only 10x worse! I heard there are 800 fires burning in Northern California, from lightning strikes.

Can't go running... guess I'll do the exercise bike.

This is Tiger!  He's our neighbor's cat but is at our house half the time.  His favorite food is half & half, and he also enjoys drinking pool water, exploring the refrigerator, and meowing strangely.

David doesn't understand why this would bother me if the toy was sterilized... I couldn't believe it!  Isn't that a running joke that no one would buy used sex toys??  (note- he didn't actually try to use a used toy on me.  This just came up in conversation....)!!
