Are you using box color? If so, it is going to be extreemely hard to remove, because red is the most hard to get rid of, and so is black. And you have that red, under your black. So, I would for sure suggest going and getting it professionally removed, using bleach is just going to damage it a ton, and probably turn it a yucky color

I dyed my hair black about a year ago and there's still some black layers, even after dying it brown and bleaching it. I agree with din4saur, go to a salon.
