I'm a beginner when it comes to make-up. I have a few zits, so I wear foundation and concealer. that's it.
I want to start wearing eyeliner. What are the best drugstore brands? How do I apply it? I don't want to look like a raccoon.

when i wear alot it tends to make me look dead/ like an idiot.
