To get it to shift, move your jewelry in the general direction of straightness as often as you can remember to. Septum piercings usually shift very easily if you are conscientious about remembering to push the jewelry around often enough. Though, this only works if it's in the "sweet spot", not if it's through the cartilage.
Yes. Although it will probably be pretty painful, I was told to straighten it out by hand everyday for about 5 minutes. I hated it, but it was worth it when my piercing wasn't crooked or sticking out to the far side anymore.
And your's doesn't look as bad as you think, but then again, that could just be webcam pics. :D It suits you though.
when i got mine done, it was crooked as well. the piercer noticed it before i did & he was the one that was unhappy with it. he took it out & had me come back a couple weeks later & redid it & didn't charge me anything. i guess i think that's what a good piercer would do. not just have you suck it up & deal with a crooked piercing. & if he really thought the anatomy of your nose would prevent him from piercing it properly/straight, he should tell you.
