Andromeda is the show where they (at Kevin Sorbo's insistence) deliberately removed the intelligent plot lines in order to have more simple good-vs-evil plain fights. The really sad thing is that it worked and their ratings improved.
You know, I used to be a huge fan of Star Trek...and then of Stargate SG1...but lately, I just watch Buffy because that's the only show that does things with the characters. Makes me feel and care about what happens! I guess that's why I don't need to read fics about it because the show is so damn good! Andromeda sucked from start...I didn't like it at all.
