you can fight it. i can give you the info for it too. my officer put a different more specific law and the exact code so i was pretty much screwed.

you should know my driving record by now, and just recognize that i'm a genius with fooling the law, so here's what you do:

if you take it to court and tell them youre guilty but you're sorry and you're poor, the judge will reduce it by half at least.

if you mail in a check for the ticket, but write the check for like $5 over, they have to send you a refund check for that extra $5... and if you DON'T CASH IT, the "financial transaction is not complete," so they can't put any points on your liscene.
