$10,000.00/year raise?

OK, I know I just started here teaching, but before I switched jobs, I had my name in with a scientific placement company. They called last week telling me about a clinical lab manager job at an independent regional lab located 20 minutes from our house. They pay $50,000.00/year. I think taking away time with Rob would be a huge mistake, and so would be giving up free weekends. That's the only time you can do anything. I also think it's time to stop job-hopping and stay put. There will always be one more job right around the corner that seems a little better, but at some point it's time to put down roots and have a career in one place.

You guys just keep on making changes. You've got it very good right now. You're making good money, have a good balance of work time and home time, you get to do fun stuff on weekends. Life's good! Stop changing it and take time to enjoy it.
