kidney stone surgery

I went to the hospital today with a lodged kidney stone. I'll be setting an appointment for surgery after seeing the doc tomorrow. Wish me luck!

OH NO!!!! Will this be outpatient, or major surgery? Real question: Will you have to postpone your renewal?

They are doing a lithotripsy surgery on me. They'll put me to sleep then focus shockwaves on my left side to break up the stone. I'll be sore and peeing out bits over the next week and it will leave some bad bruising on that side, but vacation is still a go. I lost 10 lbs to look good in a bikini so those bruises better be fading by the time we leave for vacation!!!
