- There have been numerous inquiries into a possible Fall Kinkfest (springkink). I really don't know if that's feasible since I'm hoping that quite a few of the kinkfest participants find their way over to YC for the Halloween fusion/crossover challenge. I think it might be too much

12 days of christmas sounds like a lot of fun -- I've done advent-calendar sort of things a few times now, and they really make the holidays feel more exciting. ^^

how would you be doing the fandom/pairing aspect? are you looking to have a set list (or two lists, I suppose) of "gifts" and then let people contribute with whatever pairings they want? will people have to claim pairings, or can we switch up for each day? (I know I'd prefer the latter; I have trouble repeating a pairing too many times, especially in short succession.)

...the sky's the limit with the number of theme lists, really; once you start thinking about themed lists it's easy to come up with several possibilities (gen, angsty relationship, happy relationship, kinky sex...) that could each have twelve "gifts" for the different days.

And they can possibly mix and match from the prompt list as long as it's used for that specific day?

I, for one, would be happy to see springkink have a round for each season; spring, summer, fall, and winter (though in retrospect it should've been named seasonkink, huh XD). And for what it's worth I would still participate in both that and yaoi_challenge's Halloween fusion.

I love the name idea. Springkink is going to be renamed. I just hadn't figured out what to rename it. Think I've got it now!

Ooo, I didn't know communities could be renamed! I was just kidding around, but I'm glad if I gave you an idea XD Another possible name would be "seasonalkink"; though that's a bit longer. Eh, either way, I won't be making any more annoying mistakes like writing "springking" or "sprinkking" (don't ask, I have no clue!) ^_^;

Hee! Count in the fact that I'm signing up to write a 10,000+ words original story for Halloween in another community, and I do think masochist is a rather apt description!
