Graduate Exams

It has come to my attention that it would be in my best interest to drop the Bio class this semester because the primary instructor (there are two for this class) takes points off exams just to avoid giving As. He also writes multiple choice questions that have two correct answers, but you have to guess which one he likes best. He also treats ( Read more... )

Urg, the judo instructor at Drew was the same way with martial arts, focusing on point sparring in the Olympics rather than say, defending yourself. Fortunately that's been my only encounter with stupid martial arts. Glad to hear your current school is much better.

And yeah, taking Bio elsewhere sounds like a good idea. Good luck!

Once TaeKwonDo was accepted in the Olympics in 2000, it's best all downhill from there. Pa Kua (my new artform) is still pretty obscure and offers all kinds of cool weapons training, gung fu styles and even Tai Chi and Qi Gung. Plus the class is really small, so there are times Greg and I get almost a private lesson. So it's working out quite well.
