I can teach you, but you might have more fun if you learn from the hot instructor guy...at least that worked for me :)

is fencing fun??? it seems like it would be. you know hope jones from xc? she just started doin it earlier this year...it seems like a pretty original sport!

Fencing is so much fun. Its mainly because its nerdy AND athletic. Its everything thing a girl could hope for! I remember Hope Jones (the artist right?) I talked to her about cross country last year on an art field trip! I didn't know she was running now.
There are a lot of girls in our fencing club; its becoming a more feminine sport. So thats cool!

I asked some of the older girls on my cc team if our school had a fencing club, and they said no. I was sad. Then one of them got this (almost) horrified look on her face and was like "you shouldn't have a sword" :( I think I should. You guys wear protective gear and crap, so it's not like I'd kill anyone...right? oh well...i guess I need to work on hurdle drills for now anyway. (they're making ME do hurdle drills...I don't get it)
