meet Abu & Mamu: they look alike talk alike, act alike, and grew up together.
abu believes he is a indian-christian from Goa, India who coverted to islam. he is a scholar who can read and write some 30 different languages fluently, and can say the phase "i will hunt you down and kill you," in at least 50 languages and dialects. in reality, (on earth, where we live) abu is an owl. he was a test subject in an experimental procedure embedding fiber-optics in early stages of embryo growth. the idea was to create a input into the deepest core brain of an animal. so, test-tube babies literally grew around fiber-optic cables, and incorporated the artificial interface into the biological whole. the test subjects adapted better than anyone had hoped, and embraced their fiber-optic interfaces as 'the real world.'
