For the last couple of months, we've had an extremely friendly/inquisitive robin in the back garden. Every time we were in the garden, he'd come close up and sing - even to the point of hopping into the garden shed when P and her mother were in there

Wow - cool! He probably just knows that for someone your size, he barely constitutes an appetizer, so he has nothing to fear from you. :-)

So very cool. The only birds we have who don't fly off when I open the door are the sandhill cranes, and they're taller than me. I don't think I want one eating from my hand. :)
