My new bike is flipping awesome. My ride to work this morning was pure joy.  The shifting was seamless, the bike went really fast almost effortlessly, and climbing hills was a breeze.

I am just itching to go on a long bike ride.  I think I am in love.

Major news!  Ryan and I bought a car!  It is a 2004 Toyota Corolla CE.  It is a huge decision, but I think that it is the right one.  It is really reliable and I am pretty sure that we are going to have it for a long time.  It feels sort of weird to grow up.  It is really reliable so I am not worried at all about the 12 hour drive to MN.  And then ( Read more... )

So I think I know why Genetics was so hard for me.  Today I was talking to a girl that was in my class and she said, "Man, I am so surprised at how much material I knew for the final, because I only studied for two days.  I mean, I studied all day for both of them, but still."  ....   Hmm, maybe I should consider it a miracle that I made it out ( Read more... )

Big Genetics exam tomorrow = two updates in a day!  Go me.

I think that I am going to end up getting A's in all of my courses except Genetics, which is pretty funny when you think about it.  Apparently my brain was not wired for understanding it or something.
