I kinda know you but I have a piece of advice for you either way. Don't let it bother you. It sounds like you don't much want to talk to him so why care that he doesn't want to talk to you. It sounds like you are looking for a reason to be bitter. He does have a right to block you it is his AIM account. So what do you want to go out with him again? If you hate him that much I wouldn't think you'd want to so don't let it bother you.
