It wasn't one of those cases where you were biking on the sidewalk but didn't bother to stop and walk your bike across at an intersection, was it? Man, I hate when people bike really quickly through intersections like that. They always come outta nowhere.

But that still is crazy that you got hit! I don't think you can sue in Canada (our system for that is a lot different than the States), but if you got the information, etc., you might be able to get some money for medical bills if you were to need any drugs.
