i can't really offer any sage like advice here but i know the situation all too well. granted im the youngest but i've never had anything handed to me, my parents are in love with my other siblings and i'm literally invisible. my parents don't even buy food for me anymore. I strive for mediocrity. It's worked out alright, but don't stop trying is what im trying to say.
