I'm seeing Slipknot because it's a cheap show at my favorite venue and a metal head friend of mine had no one else to go with. Not to mention I was really into their music a few years ago. I still listen to it occasionally, and back when I was a big fan I always promised I'd see them atleast once. So *shrugs* ish better than sitting in the house with nothing to do.

As for the rest.......how the crap can you say Midtown is bad?! It's a fucking 3 day music festival with everything from Jazz to Prog-rock to metal to techno to country.....any damn thing you could ever want. And the people there kick ass. Midtown is the fucking highlight of my year.

.....then how can you say APC is bad? A Perfect Circle is teh shit! Though, I'm kinda pissed about that show. Mars Volta is currently supporting them, but they're dropping off the tour before they come here. I wanna see MV damnit! >_
