oh oh oh, that always ruined my day too! that was the part I hated MOST about that place! what I used to do was to take 2 extra towels when I started my shit and put them in with the belt of my apron. When it wasn't busy, as often as possible, I'd go from the very left to the very right with one towel, which resulted in that pink stuff slowly spilling out the little hole in the end. It cut back on splashing, and although it resulted in guys giving me weird looks, it wasn't them who was getting pink shit in their eyes.
