I can look back and see that I have made lots of mistakes, but to me, my biggest mistakes were based on what I think were relatively sound judgments at the time, that took into account a lot of available information. The fact that they turned out badly doesn't mean that the decisions themselves were poorly informed.

I regret small, trivial things, when I either take people for granted or do not take the time to come to a reasoned decision.
