I'd love to read a lengthy plot version of this.
Though it's lovely as is, I'm now dying to know more about their interactions in this situation.
You totally had me at "no doubt, to flirt with the both of us."
And then mentions of the fact that she had already experienced his skils in their university days. So curious now.

This seems very Nikola, worried about how they are but playing it up to see what can get out of it and how can he make it seem casual.
I quite like how they are all so casual with one another after so many years.
And I love that Helen is holding down the fort no matter what it takes.
