I've been going over my posting history, and I feel like I've aged 30 years in six months. Not so much in what I wrote, but what had been going on over that time. A big paradigm change came around Xmas, which I've not discussed here - and I might some time in the future, but not yet - and 'support' has been from both sides of the spectrum. In one

I love the bemused/shocked look on Bill's face for pretty much all of it! It'll be better than Michael Moore...

As for my syngergistic use of paradigm shift:
Paradigm (noun) - an example serving as a model; pattern.
I was refering to my pattern of thinking that reaches back over more than ten years, so in this regard it's use is appropriate.

Unless you want me to take it to the next level once we've touched base re quality being our global value added ;)
