Those of you who know me pretty well know that any story that starts out with "So, I was walking..." ends with "and now I'm hurt."

Yesterday, after walking home in the pouring rain and getting soaked, I was trying to carry a ton of stuff up to the apartment (mail).  And I slipped on the recently waxed floors that were wet.  I near did the splits (
