This place is SUPPOSED to be a desert--so WHY does it keep snowing on me?

Seriously, in the past 3 (4?) Christmas's I've been out here (in Nebraska, that is) it's NEVER snowed this much.  It was supposed to be done, so we went to Wal-Mart and then were going to go out to the bluff and take some pictures...except we came out of the Wal-Mart and it ( Read more... )

Finally getting around to hair pictures.

We took these pictures with my new camera. I'm pleased with it. Most recent fun function discovered--panorama option. Now I need something I can panorama photograph. A trip to the bluff may be in order.

Oy.

I know it's been forever since I've written.  Combination of things--largely that in order to update my LJ I have to open up IE, because the LJ update page crashes Firefox.  Why?  Nobody knows....

Anyway.

Got home safe from solar last night--it was, for lack of any better words, EFFING COLD all weekend.  70 degrees while I passed through ATL on my way down, but that stopped almost instantly.  SO glad my mother and Matt helped me get that wool poncho.  It is amazing and I love it.

Mood has improved a lot since Friday.  Just a metric ton of crap going on in one day and I was worn out.
