Ze Convo et Ze Roommate

So I talked to Josh last night, and we had an okay chat. I feel like I may have reigned in what I'd have liked to say a bit, but Matt thought I was a bit on the mean side. Reading back through it, I find that I'm a bit incoherent at times, but I think I got the message across. He seems sincere, but do I really want to give him a second chance-- ( Read more... )

I believe the pychological term for someone like Josh is "Someone Who Talks Utter Wank." No offense, but the boy has a lot of his own issues to work out before he can be a friend to ANYONE, let alone get engaged. Talk to him if you want, but you better know that letting him get ideas will only lead to more tears before bedtime. Is he really worth that ( ... )

Oh, I have no intention of letting either of them give me crap. Lately I've had the "Not taking that sass" attitude, and I'm going to keep it around until Ryan gets the point--which I don't think will be a problem, but I'm preparing just in case.

I know I probably don't and never will realize the full extent of how badly Josh hurt you, but maybe (and I do mean MAYBE--it depends on a lot of things) you should meet him and talk things out with him. Talking over the phone and over AIM is definitely not the best way to do it, although I realize that that may be the only way either of you can handle right now.

Bottom line, if this is the SECOND time he's screwed up, then I wouldn't give him another chance--obviously he doesn't deserve it at all. But, if this is his first screw up (and it is a MAJOR one, I know that), then maybe just talk to him?

I'm not trying to order you to do anything, at all. Just giving some friendly advice... :]

I really hope everything turns out alright, Brenden! You do deserve better.

Pft! I've given him tons of second-chances. I'll meet with him, but only when it's convenient for me and if I have friends. I don't plan on forgiving him any time soon, but if he manages to pull a miracle, I might accept his apology. Though it's not looking too good since he "told oscar the truth". What truth he told, I have no clue, but I'm willing to bet that they're broken up now--which only puts him lower and lower in my book.
