1. Liquid Latex. This is available at many costume/craft stores, and at some fetish-y stores, as well.
2. It'll peel off pretty okay.
3. Art stores generally sell butcher paper. See also banner supply stores and party stores. Or, your local elementary/middle school would probably let you have some if you asked nicely.

I had good luck back in the day with just going to the butcher in our local grocery store and saying I was an art student, could I just have X feet. I rarely needed more than a meter or two at a time, so this may work less well for you.

Yes, art supply stores should have rolls of paper. Of various widths (at least up to 48") and anywhere from 5yds to 50yds in length, I think. They come in various thicknesses from tracing paper to something thicker. I don't know about butcher paper specifically (it wasn't something I was looking for the last time I was in an art store). I only remember white, slightly yellow, and white with blue grid lines.
