Learning good things

Today was a great day for learning. I learned that:

• getting up at 5am is (thankfully) earlier than I need in order to ride my bike to catch the bus to work (5:30 should be fine);
• the IndyGo bus system isn't as bad as I'd been led to expect (at least this morning's experience wasn't);
• there are virtually no sidewalks between 86th & College and my

Yay!

I loved the Monon, and would walk a section of it every day. The lack of sidewalks in Indianapolis really bothered me though.

Glad you enjoyed the bike trip. I don't think I'm up for that myself, especially not in the summer heat.

It wasn't that bad on Friday, and most of the Monon is shaded. I agree that the hotter days are going to be more challenging, so I probably won't bike on those days (but I might bus both ways, instead, once I figure out when 18B runs).
