Still on the wagon! Had some higher-calorie days of course, but all in all, I was down 17 pounds to 205 as of Saturday's weigh-in. Not too bad for the first month.
I've managed to kick my ass awake and hit the gym every Mon/Wed/Fri morning this month except one due to illness. On day 1, I was able to run 4 minutes out of 30 and had to walk the rest. As of yesterday, I am able to run 16 out of 35 minutes (last running stretch is a sprint, last 5 mins is cool down walking) and have added 15 minutes of elliptical after my treadmilling.
I'm gymming 4x and taekwondoing 4x a week at this point. I feel I'm still on track to do a fun run in May or June and to do a couple of recreational tournaments as well. I'm not where I was at my peak, but I feel that I'm getting back there.
95% of the time I'm not hungry. It's pretty good that the food choices from WW keep me feeling satisfied for longer. I have also experienced considerably less tummy-upset overall throughout this time period.
On another note, I have not once had to use my rescue asthma inhaler from gym or taekwondo.
My body is still sore from starting to be active after being sedentary for so long, but I sense that it's getting used to it. Slowly.
I will try to get back into posting recipes. I have been focusing on getting into a routine with exercise, vitamin supplements, and greens+. It's both harder and easier than I thought it would be to keep on top of vitamins and greens+ every day. I'm hoping that it's paying off though. I don't feel more energetic but I do feel less groggy and slothful for the most part.
