To cheer myself up I just uploaded a bunch of photos from when my students and I went cherry blossom viewing in Kyoto last week to my Flickr.

Here's an adorable doggie we saw there. He was hanging around by himself outside a shrine waiting for his owner to come out! What a nice independent youngster :)

You might be interested in knowing I read the dark is rising series! It was neat! I liked the one titled The Dark is Rising best though.

Yaaaay!! (: I'm glad you liked them! My favorite is still Over Sea, Under Stone, due to its extreme Goonies-esque nature, but I like all five of them quite a bit.
