Today I bought postcard stamps. They are very pretty and look like this!

I saw the papaya and the guava first, and I thought there was a theme before I saw the others. :) Then I realized, hey, there's no way the US government would put out stamps with that kind of theme, geez. :) But papayas always make me think of that. Yay for awesome womanly fruit!

The mailman put these on my international postcards... but I looked it up and international postcards are 94 cents, not 27! So I wonder what's going to happen to my poor little postcards, with their incorrect postage...

OH NOES FRUIT DRAMA!

I didn't know that, huh! According to wikipedia it's also called coromandel gooseberry, kamranga, and five finger. I think that is very suspicious.

Coromandel gooseberry is way too long, but from now on I'm calling it five finger.
