Here I can "recheck" books online if I want to keep them past the due date. Maybe your library does that too.

They do indeed let you renew checkouts online. But I've been bad and checked out 3 books over 2 renewal periods, and evidently the Atlanta-Fulton County Library system feels that 3 months is prob'ly enough. :-)

'sokay. I've read them. Just never made the time to move them from the "read" pile to the car to the library.
