Summary: What will happen between the captivating demon prince (Park Yoochun) and the singing angel elf (Kim Junsu)?
JUNE
“Damn it…” muttered the demon who was being chased by a pack of Chimeras throughout the everlasting forest. It was pitch-black at the time since it was midnight, but that wouldn’t be a problem for the demon and the chimeras to run around with such inhuman speed as they have greater eye-sight than a mere human being. They are much too skilled to get hit by a tree, of course. Although, that would’ve been an interesting sight to see.
The demon could’ve escaped easily if he wasn’t badly wounded and covered in his own blood, which only made his scent stronger. Some of the Chimeras managed to catch up with him and tried to tackle him down but got killed by him instead. The demon quickly decided to escape from them before the rest of the Chimeras come after him.
Suddenly, his already injured arm and leg were bitten harshly by the two Chimeras that he thought he had killed. He screamed in pain as the sharp claws and fangs that were digging into him got deeper and deeper into his wounds. His survival instinct told him to keep on fighting. Thus, he struggled to release himself from the deathly grip but failed miserably as his body weakens resulting from major blood-loss.
As more and more Chimeras ran towards him, the demon had already given up and was sure that it was the end of him, until a figure appeared suddenly and dashed towards him and killed the two Chimeras that were biting him. The stranger quickly catches the demon before he fell to the ground. Due to lost of blood, his vision became blurred and couldn’t see anything clearly. The only thing that he managed to grasp from the blurred images was a bunch of Chimeras being thrown around all over the place by …moving trees? His savior is an elf? Why would an elf save a demon?
He was really curious about the person who saved him from being eaten alive by the Chimeras. He looked up hoping to the see the elf’s face clearly, but before he could, darkness took over him. The last thing he heard was a faint gentle dolphinique voice calling out to him, telling him to stay alive and then, he blacked out.

Slowly the demon came to his senses and opened his pearl-red eyes. He noticed his wounds were treated. The pain is still there but it was much more bearable compared to the last time he was awake. He remembered what happened. Feeling alert, he quickly scanned the unfamiliar room he was in but found nothing. ‘It seems safe...’ the demon thought as he let out a sigh of relieve. Then he heard two voices arguing with each other outside of his room.
“Are you out of your mind, Su?! He could’ve been some psychopath lunatic demon roaming around to kill someone!” shouted the first voice.
“He isn’t like that!” the second voice exclaimed.
“And how would you know he isn’t-”
“What did you expect me to do, Jaejoong hyung? Just watch him die?!”
“...Look Su. I know that you want to help him but HE is a demon. You know how dangerous a wild demon is, right? He probably won’t even remember that you saved him and he might just kill-”
“I won’t get killed, I promise. I just need you to trust me in this, please hyung?” pleaded the second voice.
“Fine. But if he hurts you, I will kill him without any hesitation.” said the first voice with a dangerously low-toned voice.
The demon didn’t heard anything after that until someone opened the door to the room he was in. He stared at the two figures suspiciously. Despite the doubtful feeling he had towards them, he couldn’t help but gazed upon their stunning appearance. They were the most beautiful creatures he had ever seen in these past hundreds of years he had lived.
“Oh, you’re awake!” said the one who opened the door whom he assumed to be the second voice he heard. And the demon certainly recognized that dolphinique voice who had saved him. The man was absolutely intoxicating. He has a black-styled hair with aqua-blue eyes; his feature was flawless, so as his body and of course, he can’t helped but gazed in lust of the man’s heavenly curved ass. It’s really a wonder of how cute his face can be and how he can smile like an angel with all those alluring assets. The demon simply couldn’t stop staring at the gorgeous man.
“Umm... hello?” the said gorgeous man asked questioningly while waving his hand in front of the demon’s face. The demon snapped out from his daze.
“Who are you?” the demon asked hesitantly.
“You don’t have to know who we are,” the other man replied bluntly. He has deep blue eyes with dark blonde tousled-hair. The demon wondered how someone who has a very cold but beautiful appearance could ever relate to this angelic person. Other then their dazzling look, they seem to have a completely different personality.
The angel hit the other male on his arm harshly. The demon was quite shocked by the loud smack.
“Don’t mind him. My name is Kim Junsu and I’m an elf!” he said smiling while the dark blonde male whined. Ignoring the other, Junsu continued.
“And this blond thing is Kim Jaejoong”
“That...That BLOND THING?! YAH KIM JUNSU HOW COULD YOU-” Jaejoong was babbling beside him but Junsu paid absolutely no attention to him.
“He is my brother and he’s a faerie” Junsu said.
“YAH JUNSU! Listen to ME!!” Jaejoong yelled at Junsu.
“How’s your wound? Is it better now?” Junsu asked the demon, not caring about his brother at all.
And so, his brother who was still being ignored gave up with a defeated sigh.
“Aish... fine.”
The demon chuckled at their childish behaviour and replied
“Yes, I feel a lot better now, thank you for your aid,” he said courteously.
The elf gave his dazzling smile that made the demon’s heart skipped a beat, “Glad to help you. Say, what is your name? You seemed to be... normal. I was wondering what were you doing here in the middle of the night, deep in forest with a bunch of crazy Chimeras chasing after you?” Junsu grinned.
“Maybe he’s too popular that everyone wants a piece of him” Jaejoong sneered.
Junsu gave him a ‘shut up or I’ll kick your arse’ look. Jaejoong scowled and looked away.
The demon smiled, “My name is Park Yoochun and-” he was cut off by a loud gasp.
“EH?! You’re one of the Parks?! The Royal Family?!” Junsu exclaimed with his dolphin-like voice.
“What in the world are you doing here?! Are you lost?! No, that can’t be it, maybe there’s a war that’s going to happen... WAR?!” Junsu squealed, panicked he ran around the room and kept telling Jaejoong to pack up or something, he really can’t understand what Junsu said clearly since he spoke REALLY fast!
“Don’t worry. It’s not like that” Yoochun said smiling at Junsu.
“O...oh?” Junsu said looking flushed while Jaejoong just snorted at his foolish younger brother.
“My subordinates and I were ambushed by powerful Darkangels when we were on our way back to the Cassarea Fortress. We were outnumbered and my men, they sacrificed themselves to protect me. I wanted to save them but none of them survived.” Yoochun frowned and continued,
“Then the Darkangels chased after me, trying to capture me but I managed to run into this forest. I was badly injured and was spotted by the Chimeras. I can’t attack them with my wounds getting worse so I ran away. Just when they want to eat me alive, you appeared and saved me” he looked at Junsu.
“I thank you for saving my life. How can I ever repay your kindness?” Yoochun smiled charmingly.
Junsu blushed, “E... Eh? Its okay really, you don’t need to... I just happen to be there and I... did what anyone else would do!”
“Yeah right...” Jaejoong scoffed and Junsu glared at him.
Yoochun laughed, “Well, not just anyone would risk the chance of getting himself killed to save a demon, not even knowing if he can control his powers” he smiled.
“Why don’t the two of you come to the Cassarea Fortress?” the demon suggested.
“What?!” Both Junsu and Jaejoong exclaimed.
“Well, my father and brother would love to meet both of you,” Yoochun stated.
“Are you sure...” Jaejoong was cut off by a high-pitch dolphin voice.
“Yes! We would love to come with you!”
“Su...” Jaejoong said
“Hmm... Should we bring food? What am I thinking?! Of course we should! Jae, go and cook! I’ll go and tell Junho that we’ll follow Yoochun to the fortress! ...oh and be nice to Yoochun okay, hyung?”
And within seconds, Junsu disappeared from their sight. Both Yoochun and Jaejoong stared at the opened door for a moment.
“Aish that silly boy, What should I do with him...” Jaejoong mumbled and Yoochun let out a small laugh.
Jaejoong was in the kitchen, cooking something that smelled extremely delicious while Yoochun was in a room he was left in before, doing... nothing. He was tired of thinking what he was going to do about what truly happened in the forest nor did he want to reminisce it back so he decided to help Junsu’s brother in the kitchen.
“Can I help you with something, Jaejoong-sshi? I know a little bit about cooking,”
“Just call me Jaejoong,” the faerie replied while smiling.
“Then, please call me Yoochun,” the demon smiled back.
“Here, you can cut these,” Jaejoong gave him the vegetables for him to cut with a knife. Yoochun accepted it and went on doing his task.
“Hey, Yoochun?” Jaejoong said suddenly.
“Yes?”
“I was being way too obnoxious about you being some crazy demon earlier. And I know you heard us. Sorry about that, I didn’t know that you were from the Royal Family,” Jaejoong said.
The demon smiled, “That’s okay, I understand,”
“But, I meant what I said. I’ll kill anyone who hurt Junsu, even if he’s from the Royal Family,” Jaejoong stated.
Yoochun stared at Jaejoong for a moment, then looked at the blue sky through the window and said, “I’ve only met Junsu today but I already felt like I want to protect him always,”
“That boy is really something, huh?” Jaejoong grinned.
Yoochun chuckled. “Yes, he is,”
And with that they continued cooking.
