So, I've been back in Chicago for a few days

That's a lot of cats in an apartment, and Dingle is an awesome name.

(Make a heated cat-box! Dad does it for the strays that come by our house... Plywood, a heating lamp, and a few old towels make a very happy outdoor cat in northern winters.)

I cook when I'm bored too. My parents miss me, and I think that's why...

Dingle is the name of a bay in Ireland or Northern Ireland, my mom thought of it. Lupin, H.P. obviously. Charlie was the name of a dead lifeguard on Bay Watch whose funeral was on the episode I was watching when I saw the cat outside our window. Oz...I think my little sister was obsessed with The Wizard of Oz. Scotty comes out of calling him Scaredy Cat for months, since he is so skittish he will run like hell from people if they move too quickly towards him. My mom is the only person he is attached to, and boy how attached he is.

I named my childhood cat Squirrel when I was 5, and it turned out to be really, really fitting. I've never known a scared-er cat in my life.

Come on over! We're just off the Blue Line. We're both free most nights, and I can get industry deals on Chicago theatre pretty much all the time. Also, I can't work weekends, so I have all that time to be free and watch Notre Dame. Also, the hunt for a church has been on for a couple weeks now.

Once I get my wits about me and figure out how I would get up there I will definitely come visit. I talked to Dan about churches and he was pretty vague...I'll email him and try and pull some names out of him. Let me know if you make any progress on that front. Also, how do you feel about the idea of maybe meeting up somewhere to watch some baseball this weekend maybe? I don't have cable, and I'd imagine that ya'll don't either.
