His complete reluctance to approach chronic pain with anything other than jokes and a 'cowboy up' attitude. Dude, if that worked, I WOULD BE DOING IT, ASSHAT.

I'm being a little un-generous. He's definitely there with the massages, whenever I ask. But the overall attitude is...unhelpful. I already feel like a crybaby most days.
