It's very easy. When you post to LJ from your phone, you'll see a camera icon. Tap on it and your phone photos page will come up. Tap the photo, and voila! It's there!
Banjo's been a part of our family for 13 years. Just yesterday he developed a limp. We're not sure what caused it. We're keeping an eye on it and if it doesn't get better soon, it'll mean a trip to the vet. It'll be the first time since he had his "little operation" after he came to us.
No. The last time was in 1998! He had his immunisations before and after his operation. He doesn't mix with other cats, so he's less likely to pick up any communicable diseases that way. He's always been very healthy. He self-medicates by eating grass when he needs it (and invariably throws up on the carpet!). Otherwise, no problems. :)
Excellent! I feel as though we've practically lived at the vets (and paid the building's rent!). But I suspect Siamese cats are a weak breed. They do seem to get things wrong with them easily, apart from all dying from cancer. They sure are fun otherwise, though.
He's burrowed his way into our hearts. He was our son's cat. He started out as a very stand-offish kitten. He wasn't socialised with people when he was young, so he's never been a lap-cat. You can't pick him up, either. However, he has a great personality. He "tells" my husband that he must go to bed in the evening. He sits in the passageway and meows at my husband until he follows him to the bedroom! When he wants a "smooch", he puts out his paw and taps us on the arm. How could you not comply?! :)
