I can't load LJ on my computer. I keep getting messages on both my home and work computers saying that it can't be connected.

However, I can check my friends posts on my mobile without any problem!

I would have assumed that if there had been a DDOS attack, I wouldn't have been able to connect by any means.

I had all kinds of problems yesterday, but it's been working for me today. Hope they get it fixed soon.

Thank you for letting me know that it wasn't just me!

It's back - for the moment, anyway! I haven't had access for the last day and a half. I miss my LJ!

I couldn't open LJ yesterday morning. I wasn't on the computer again until yesterday evening and it worked. I got that message too. I assumed it was another snafu at their end, not mine. Other websites came up, just LJ wouldn't.

I haven't tried this morning. I'll try it now. Wait. I'm reading your LJ and typing in this box. Duh. Of course it works this morning. *g*

I wonder what's happening to the site?

I was relieved when I opened up my computer this morning to find it was back! Hopefully this isn't just a small window that has opened for the time being, and the next time I open up, it'll be gone again!

On again, off again! I had access yesterday morning, but not when I got home. It's back this morning...

Hopefully this will be resolved soon. Apparently this attack is aimed at Russian political activists - again. Unfortunately it affects everyone, not just Russian LJers.

LJ is having a strange week! I can access it fine from my home computer, but not at all from my work computer.

Livejournal Status says: 'While we've gotten site access returned for many users, we know many other users are still unable to access the site at all, or are only able to do so intermittently. We're sorry for the interruption to your LJ usage, and are still working hard to get site access back to normal for everyone as quickly as possible. Thank you."

Thank you for passing that on, Shirebound!

It might be some internal problem that they're having with their servers, particularly where some people have access, while others don't.

It was so good to open up my computer this morning to find it was back! It's awful being in the dark, not knowing what was going on!
