FORTY-TWO DEGREES! Even down here we're gonna suffer! Maybe you should take a quick flight to Tasmania?

At least I'll be at work Tuesday, Wednesday and Friday with the air con going full bore! Unfortunately the worst will be on Saturday. I think I'll be hibernating in front of the computer with the air con on and to heck with the power bill!

Melts is the right word! We expect these temperatures at this time of the year, but we certainly don't have to like them!

It's only 22C at the moment and I'm already perspiring. Oh wait, I've just got back from my morning walk! :) :)

It's amazing how different the weather can be in one country!

Those 39's on last night's forecast have now been turned into 40's. Today it got to 38.7. When I got into my car the thermometer in it said 42.0, but yay, it dropped by the time I got home - to 39.0...

It's still 36.0.

Don't worry several water bottles will be cycled through the freezer and the fridge and into us!
