I had to do a bit of travelling today for work.  First I went into the city to get some documents signed at the bank. Then I had to take them to a shipping agent not far from work.  I was sitting waiting at the six millionth (well, it seemed like it!) set of traffic lights when I glanced over and saw this little Honda with a familiar-looking number

Yes! I was lucky that the set of traffic lights has a long rotation, so I had time to take the photo before the car moved!

Hee! It should really be blue, not black. I wonder if there's a Dalek numberplate somewhere?

I know! At least the plate was the right colour. Maybe one day he/she'll get a Tardis-blue car to match!

Wouldn't that be funny, both facing off across the intersection!
