Did your hair finally come out o.k.?

Yes, it looks fine - though still a little lighter than usual after two full applications.

The salon manager is going to request compensation from her supplier. As well as the extra product used, she also has to pay her staff for the extra time taken to do the job. When this happens multiple times, it all adds up.
