There's just something about looking out the window and watching rain that makes me bounce around energetically and grin like a little kid.

Summer renders me completely lethargic. This kind of weather has the opposite effect. Things get done in winter.

Agreed! High five for the winter people!

I think it's to do with the fact that hot weather means you have to not do ANYTHING to stay cool, while cold weather means you have to move about to keep warm!
