Well, that is a super shitty thing to do. I'm proud of you for disowning him, and everyone in your family who didn't bother to RSVP to you. But you know I have many issues with many parts of your family...
Anyway, that is neither here nor there.
I don't know what you should do about your cousin's friending on Facebook, but you should know that he won't know that you reject him. It doesn't send him a little email that says "Jen rejected you on Facebook!" He would only know if he tried to look at your profile or something and it blocked him or if he actually looked at his friend list. And that never happens.
So seems to me if you want him to know you're pissed/you disown him, then you have to confront him. If you just want to make a subtle stand, reject his friend request.
