I'm very screwed. I don't really care about my getting screwed though, I feel bad for David and Graham more. Tonight I went over to their house for a party and like usual, the cops came. This time though, they came inside. David and Graham are getting arrested and going to jail because there were minors in the house while there was alcohal. I'm sad

Don't blame yourself so much. I don't know who these guys are but surely they're old enough to make their own decisions... having a party that is disruptive enough to have the cops called while you're giving alcohol to minors is just asking for it. They could have told you "no". Somehow, though, I doubt they were very resistant to the idea of you drinking, as most guys are. But now I'm starting to make assumptions so I'll stop there.

Whether or not you should have been drinking is between you and your parents, and whether or not you want to be disappointed in yourself for that is up to you. But don't blame yourself for those guys getting arrested. Sure, you played a role in that, but it's their fuck up for the most part.
